Pasas Property Management is a locally owned property management firm in San Diego with over 20 years of experience. Our office is centrally located, making it easy to attend to your rental properties.

Whether you want to find a new place to live or need a rental filled we are here to help. Our goal is to enable owners and investors to maximize their property’s potential and for tenants to be able to find their new home with minimum effort.

Linda Pasas, Broker and Company President

Linda Pasas is a native of San Diego who has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She has an insider’s knowledge of the entire region, with a special emphasis on the Ocean Beach, Point Loma, and Pacific Beach areas of San Diego. Linda owns and operates Pasas Properties and Pasas Property Management.

Linda Pasas has personally sold over 2,000 homes. She started Pasas Properties and her property management business in 2006. Linda owns multiple rental properties and is an active real estate investor who enjoys helping others reap the benefits of real estate ownership. One of her biggest passions is assisting first-time home buyers. She becomes a consultant as she guides them on the home-buying journey, giving them support and knowledge so that they become more experienced and confident buyers.

During her free time, Linda enjoys getting outdoors and enjoying coastal San Diego. She is an avid paddle boarder in the waters off Mission Bay, enjoys cheering on the Padres, and finds time to sample her homemade wine in the evenings. Linda also has a passion for travel, everything from cruises to far-flung ports around the globe to southern California RV adventures. She lives in Point Loma, further cementing her as a part of this dynamic region of San Diego.

Ryan Blanco

Ryan Blanco joined the Pasas Properties team in 2017. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2009. He oversees all maintenance & repairs for our rental properties. Ryan is a very hands-on manager in that he visits each property personally. He also reviews quotes for repairs on any rehabbing done for our properties. Ryan actively communicates with property owners about their property and what is best for them and our residents.

Ryan's experience provides a wealth of knowledge in working with tenants, vendors and owners. He is involved in many aspects of day-to-day management, and operations of the properties, marketing vacancies, maintaining resident relations, as well as on-site management.

Lynn Rivera

Lynn is a native San Diegan who joined Pasas Properties three years ago in an office administration capacity and learned many facets of the business operations. Currently, Lynn serves as an on-site manager and assists with various marketing endeavors. Additionally, Lynn is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys spending time at the beach with her family.

Patti Cardosa

Patti Cardosa is the office manager at Pasas Properties. Patti is an Ocean Beach resident and a graduate of San Diego State University. Her real estate career started in 1998 when she became a real estate appraiser. Several years later she became a Realtor, specializing in working with first time home buyers. In 2018, years after initially meeting Linda Pasas through real estate transactions, Patti joined Pasas Properties.

Candice Cap

Candice Cap is the Transaction Coordinator for Pasas Properties and has been on Linda's team for almost 20 years. Candice's role in the real estate transaction is to monitor contract timelines, make sure paperwork is completed by all parties, and act as a liaison between all parties to ensure a smooth transaction and closing.

When she is not busy working on files, you can most likely find Candice on her beach cruiser with her little dog Bo in her basket.

Tanna Matys

Tanna Matys is known for her client dedication, competence, trust, and love for helping others. Tanna is a Real Estate Professional with more than 20 years in various areas of the field. Her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail are invaluable. Tanna helps her clients find a house, and then goes above and beyond with suggestions to make it a home. She educates sellers on how to prepare their house to sell, including staging and curb appeal, and works to get sellers the fairest price possible in the least amount of time. Tanna makes the process smooth and easy putting her client’s needs first.

Steve Boehme

Steve started Real Estate in 2001 as a transaction coordinator and neighborhood prospecting specialist. There I learned the value of neighborhood pride of ownership. I took a calm easy approach in talking with potential sellers for our office sales team. I became licensed in 2006

where I specialized in first-time buyers. To this day the greatest joy is handing keys to a buyer or selling someone’s home. The smile on their face is what drives me! I have a beautiful family, I’m blessed with 1 son who is the light of my life and a wife that truly adores me. I also play music, studied at Musicians Institute in Hollywood Ca. Sure I had dreams

of becoming a star but thankfully I was realistic. Being real is what I bring when it comes to helping Buyers and Sellers. Selling Real Estate is

Marika Dalesandro

Marika Dalesandro has been a resident of California for 40 years with 22 years as a realtor/broker with prior career experience in finance, law, computers industry, insurance as well as marketing. Marika has experience in single family homes, condos, condo conversions, PUD, co-ops, commercial buildings, multi unit apartments and mobile/manufactured homes. She is also an experienced certified property manager specializing in furnished high end condo rentals as well as unfinished properties. She holds a California life insurance license and is a certified FINRA arbitrator in addition to her California Brokers license. She has been sales manager of several condo conversion projects as well as high rise new builds. She is an alumni of USDA in legal office management and has successfully sold properties from Chula Vista to Vista, Orange County, LA, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.

Melissa Day

Melissa Day is a seasoned Real Estate Consultant and Real Estate Investor committed to helping people build their wealth through Real Estate Investing! Her passion is working with investors and her strength is finding investments that fit each investor’s unique goals.

Melissa has been involved in the real estate industry since graduating from USC in 1990 from the Marshall School of Business - Entrepreneur Program with a focus on real estate and marketing. From 2007-2009, she pursued 2 years of real estate investing education with Nouveau Riche (now Renatus), which included hands on trailing with

successful investors in various strategies, including short sales, REO’s, land development, buy-and-hold, fix-and-flips, multifamily and capital markets.

Her focus is to bring investment opportunities in real estate to people who want to build their wealth and realize their investing goals. This includes existing properties where an investor can acquire, add value, stabilize and dispose of the asset - or opportunistic development projects to build and sell.

Melissa is a speaker, author, and mentor in this field and has taught workshops based on Robert Kiyosaki’s CASHFLOW game that teaches people about building wealth and creating passive income. In her free time, she enjoys being on the water – sailing, paddle boarding and swimming. She also loves live music and theatre.

Alison Wilson
