All our tenants have access to our Online Rent Portal. Here, they can schedule a rent payment in advance, pay rent anytime, and review their payment history.
Our tenants also have access to a resident portal, where they can submit a maintenance request.
All of our units are leased within 30 days. If they are not leased within 30 days, you don’t have to pay a leasing fee.
If a tenant refuses to pay their rent as agreed within the contract, you don’t pay us our management fee. Remember: we are only paid when you are.
If a tenant moves out or breaks their lease for any reason during the first six months, our normal leasing fee will be waived. We will also re-rent your home to new tenants for free.
