Leasing & Tenant Placement

Rent Collection and Accounting

Our San Diego property managers at Pasas Property Management will also actively collect rent, obtains and refunds security deposits, and issue accounting statements. If a tenant does not pay rent or refuses, we will not collect our management fee. We are only paid when you are.

Inspections, Maintenance, & Repairs

At Pasas Property Management, our team conducts regular inspections to make sure tenants are following lease rules and the property is being properly maintained.

We have a 24/7 maintenance team that will respond to any tenant maintenance issues, so you don’t have to. Our management team also conducts move-out inspections to help document your Ocean beach property’s original condition prior to tenants' move-in.
Online Rent Payments

All our tenants have access to our Online Rent Portal. Here, they can schedule a rent payment in advance, pay rent anytime, and review their payment history.

Our tenants also have access to a resident portal, where they can submit a maintenance request.

Three-Tier Guarantee

1. 30 Day Leasing Timeline

All of our units are leased within 30 days. If they are not leased within 30 days, you don’t have to pay a leasing fee.

2. Tenant Rent Collection

If a tenant refuses to pay their rent as agreed within the contract, you don’t pay us our management fee. Remember: we are only paid when you are.

3. Breaking a Lease

If a tenant moves out or breaks their lease for any reason during the first six months, our normal leasing fee will be waived. We will also re-rent your home to new tenants for free.
