I can’t say enough about the team at Pasas. I had a prior property manager that was TERRIBLE. Poor communication, spending over the pre-determined impound amount, letting maintenance requests go unanswered for months, etc. It made the landlord experience a nightmare. Since Pasas took over the account, I literally have not had to lift a finger. They communicated with the prior property manager to take over the account, arranged to pick up the keys and completed an on site inspection before I could ask. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and most importantly, there is open communication. Whenever I reach out to communicate, I get prompt responses from anyone on the team either answers the phone or gets my emails. Even the tenant commented about how wonderful Pasas is since taking over as property manager. I cannot rave enough about their services. Thank you for all that you do Pasas! FIVE STARS!
