Prior to accepting tenants, our team screens tenants in line with California’s laws to help protect your investment. Through the screening process, we find out rental and ownership history, employment history, personal references, and criminal history.

At Pasas Property Management, we follow our Three Tier Guarantee to make sure our clients are 100% happy with our services.

Our Three Tier Agreement states:

1. Property units will be leased within 30 days. If not, you do not have to pay a leasing fee.

2. Tenants must pay their rent as agreed. If tenants do not pay rent, you do not pay a property management fee.

3. If our property managers place a tenant into your home move out or break their lease during the first 6 months, our normal leasing fee will be waived. We will also re-rent your home to new tenants at no extra cost.
