With over a decade of experience in customer service, administrative work, and property management, Joan brings a positive attitude and a people-first approach to every interaction.

Outside of work, Joan loves watching volleyball games and spending quality time with her kids. In her free time, you’ll often find her enjoying the beach, relaxing with family, or exploring new food spots around town.
